Unique Creations

I couldn’t resist getting these new molds and I’m trying out a new technique with them.

I wanted to broaden the scope of items I make so I decided to start making models to paint. So this Saturday I will be showcasing my new items for the first time at a craft fair and they will soon be available on my website.

If you’re not busy this Saturday why don’t you come along and see the lovely things that will be available from the many stalls. Don’t forget it won’t be long until Xmas and you might just find that special present that you were looking to get someone.

Today we decided to visit one of the Scottish lochs, so we went to Balloch on the shores of Loch Lomond.

Had a lovely cruise on the Loch and then a walk around the shores. Weather has been lovely and hot so just had to have an ice cream to cool us down 🍦😊

I’m having a week off work and spending the time in Scotland.

I bought hat, scarf , gloves and winter coat with me but thankfully the weather is really good and didn’t even need a coat on.

Today we had a lovely time in Edinburgh having a walk around and visiting the castle.

I’ve sold a lot of these cute dragons so it’s time to make some more. Making the dragon in blue and green today and another day I’ll be choosing different colours. What colours would be your favourite??

I just came across this post and had to share as this is often me.

Do you also go into another room and forget what you’d gone in there for because you’ve been distracted.

Oh well, at least It helps my step count when I have to return to here I was to remember and then go back again 😂😂.

It’s half term and it’s given me inspiration thinking of trips down to the seaside in the nice weather having fish and chips and of course an ice cream 🍦

Coasters day 3.

A different day a different colour, but the same technique as the first 2 days. As previously said they all come out differently.

Tomorrow night you’ll see the final pair that I’ve done in this style so don’t forget to take a look to see what colour it will be.

Day 2 and it’s a green day for the new design coasters.

The patterns will never be identical as the alcohol ink does its own thing and I never know how they will end up looking.

This week I’m going to be posting my new coasters. Each night I shall post pics of the 2 coasters I’ve done in the same colouring.

I’ve never tried this method of decorating before so some of them this week will look better than others, but as they say “practice makes perfect”.
