Customer in Yaxley only had single skin walls on each side of the property, so we built 2 new stud walls, insulated, boarded and skimmed with new skirting board to match existing.🔨✅

They had a small ceiling downstairs which was artex so we also skimmed that for them whilst doing the walls to finish with a smooth ceiling.

A job we completed earlier this week for a returning customer.✅

Living room floor self levelled & glue down Lvt flooring fitted.

We fitted the same flooring in the kitchen back in December 2022 when we completed a full kitchen refit and the customer wanted the same flooring throughout downstairs.
Will be back in the following months to fit some more lvt in the hallway and conservatory.

🚽🚰 downstairs W/C revamp!

This customer wanted a remodel on the existing downstairs toilet. We removed the toilet, radiator, sink and flooring.

Replacing it with a new stylish wall hung sink unit with under sink storage, wall hung toilet with concealed cistern, they specifically wanted a bigger flush plate for when the family come round as some can be small and hard to push, so we supplied a much bigger one for them.
They also wanted an oak top so match in with new oak doors when they get round to taking on the internal doors, so we created a solid oak top with live edge to the front to give a natural unique feature in the toilet.

Moved the waste pipe to come out of the wall into the wall hung unit so now not visible to the floor, moved the radiator pipes to suit the new towel rail.

Levelled the floor and installed new glue down lvt flooring.
They have recently had the bathroom re done upstairs and had some tiles left over so they utilised the tiles in here! We supplied new tile chrome tile trim so match in with the chrome rad, Tap and flush plate.

All bathroom furniture was supplied through us to give the customer peace of mind and no hassle!

This customer had seen an idea online and wanted us to create the same design for their property.

The existing gas fire 🔥 was a bit dated and they wanted to modernise and utilise the space they had so we created this media wall to suit their needs.

They have a sound bar and subwoofer they wanted to incorporate into the space so we hid the subwoofer inside one of the units and made a new opening for the sound bar, fully insulated so the bass had some depth and doesn’t distort and makes it sound 💯x better!

Installed downlights in each alcove set on a touch dimmer, hidden skybox behind the tv with re routing the sky cables and sockets so no cables are visible!

Shaker style doors 🚪 made and edged, on push to open hinges so clean lines and no handles. They decided to go for wood slatted effect tiles to be put in the back of each alcove to give a feature! New tv 📺 and new fire 🔥.

What a great project to start the 2024 year with, now there is no need for side boards and lamps within the living room so creates more useable space which will look even better when fully painted 🎨🖌

Clean lines and equal gaps!

The Oak matching in with the new engineered flooring we fitted 2 weeks ago.

🔨🪚Set of Iroko gates done yesterday. The old ones were rotting away and looked a bit tired so we fitted a new set for a repeat customer. 2 new gates installed, rails and tongue and groove boards with capping to finish the top. Floor bolts and new top bolt, gate opening handle and a door lock. 🔑 What a difference they make✅🔥thanks for the help Shaun

🔥✅Been a busy few weeks!
Downstairs cloakroom revamp completed last week for a repeat customer. They wanted as much of the boiler parts being hidden. Waste pipes lowered closer to the floor, boxed in and tiled. Concealed cistern with all Facia panels accessible to allow access to boiler components. All panels made and spray painted with new floor and wall tiles. ✅
A now modern room which once looked in need of a refurb🔨🪚

✅2 bedroom units completed at the end of this week for Perfect for the Home 🔨🪚

🔥✅Floor and walls tiled for J.Cadwallader last week. Some before and after photos to follow when completed this week!!🔨🪚☑️

✅🪚Utility room done for a customer. Floor tiled and using existing units from the kitchen to make a reasonable utility room to use whilst the kitchen extension is taking place. New worktops fitted and new door to go on the sink unit once the plumber has connected up the sink. New wall to be built to close off the boiler. Back in 3 weeks to tile the new kitchen/diner✅🪚🔨
