The weather has been hit and miss this year but it hasn’t stopped us preparing a few outdoor spaces for the summer of 2025 …… we worked alongside on one of his amazing garden transformations this year as well as installing some outdoor ring security floodlights for another customer, and finally some outdoor cage lights for a repeat customer on their freshly rendered wall.

⚡️ Studios ⚡️

Another couple of studios completed for the guys over at at the start of this year. Fully complete with their own dedicated electric and data supply from the house and kitted out with and and accessories these are the go to if your looking for that little extra quality when it comes to a garden studio. Hand built from scratch and with the customer designing each one to suit their own specific needs means that not one of these are ever the same.

Kitchen Completion ⚡️ 💡

A kitchen refurb job we completed at the start of the year.
We took the electrics back to scratch in this one, and then added extra sockets a new oven supply and Led tape to the under handle and plinth lighting. We swapped the old downlights out for the prism pros and also upgraded the consumer unit for a nice new one to be fully complaint with the new 18th edition regulations. We also added a time guard wifi spur so the client can control their immersion from any location via their phone. Really enjoyed this one working for amazing clients make the job even more worth while!

⚡️ New Studio ⚡️

We have a few jobs coming to a close and we can finally get some finished photos of them.

Here is one of them a Garden studio for , another great project from start to end and another great outcome.
The customer now has there very own quite space at the bottom of the garden to relax or work in away from the busy everyday home.

Before and after ⚡️

Last week we tidied up 3 consumer units and condensed them into 1!

Full testing was carried out before to ensure there was no hidden surprises along the way and certainly no hidden extra costs for the customer. All 3 were then wired into a new 18th edition consumer unit with surge and rcbo protection making this install a lot more compliant and certainly safer than it was. We then carried out testing after the new consumer unit was installed and provided an electrical installation certificate.

Failing to prepare before your new board installations is only preparing to fail! I see so many boards ripped out before any testing is done and then the customer being given a bill for extras when things fail…. We made sure this wasn’t the case!

Amazing photos sent to me by the customer on our recent studio completion. Just goes to show that not only can the studio be used as an office it can also double up as an evening entertainment area 💡 ⚡️

LED Lighting Upgrade ✅

A few months ago we started swapping out all old and well used fittings at a customer of ours and replaced them for Led equivalents, we were back last week to carry out some more lighting swaps meaning that not only is this work space now brighter but its also more energy efficient.

Studio Complete ✅

Just completed on this studio today for and again what a great project to be part of.

We supplied the power and also the internet to this studio both hard wired from the house.

This included all the usual sockets, down lights, canopy lights, outdoor socket and also air-con supply however we relocated the customers old pergola lighting onto the fence and also added in some decking lights on this project.

And isn’t the finished project just wow 🤩

⚡️ Temporary New Build Supply ⚡️

We recently Installed this small consumer unit and double socket inside a customer supplied meter cabinet enabling the builders on site to have access to power while the initial construction phase is underway.
We will be returning to connect up the house supply within this cabinet once the build is a bit further along.

⚡️ Additions and Alterations ⚡️

We have just recently completed some additions and alterations at this property in Cambridgeshire.

The following jobs were completed.

⚡️ 9 prism pro cct down-lights installed in a kitchen to replace the old 3 bar lights that were originally there, we re patched and filled all the holes ready for the decorator too.

🪛 40m of swa cable clipped around the perimeter of the house concealed against the black brick to supply a new oven in the kitchen.

💡 1 x electric tooth brush charger with built in shaver socket was installed in the bathroom.

⚡️ Out with the old in with the new ⚡️

As you can see previously a mixture of led light fittings had been installed in this reception some failing and others flickering! However with the help of the reception is now well lit, flicker free and looking better than ever!!

Another install handed over last week ⚡️ 💡 🪛

This client required a few workshop sockets and also workshop lighting, so thats exactly what we provided with the help of we managed to light the workshop up. What a difference its made from a dark and dingy workshop to a fully lit one inside and out!!

Kitchen and extension

Recently wrapped up on this project and I think so far this has to be one of my favourites. Led lantern lighting and a whole array of different lighting throughout, really pleased with the end product on this job. Big thanks to and their products again for the led tape and profiles that certainly make this one stand out from the rest.

Friday we headed back to our ongoing kitchen and extension job currently on the go at the moment to carry out some more second fixing.
This project has been one of my favourites to date with plenty of lighting going in from and to give it a wow factor!!

Busy week last week revisiting two new builds started in the summer. This time around it was second fixing and getting the power on to one of the property’s.
Pleased with how its coming along, just a final few bits and bobs to do and one will be complete. Will grab some final finished photos in the coming weeks

With winter fast approaching it was a day of installing lighting for customers today.
💡Landing pendant swapped to a centre feature pendant over the stairs.

💡2 Garden flood lights installed for 2 repeat customers.
