Today we did an OUTSTANDING package for a domiciliary care service and really brainstormed some ideas of how to achieve outstanding from our outstanding characteristics “menu”.

With ongoing support & accountables, they will have lots to shout about on the day of their inspection.

I’ve worked in worse places on a Monday morning!

Well today I had the absolute honour of meeting Sheikh Ali to discuss a business proposal. Talks continue tomorrow (and did I say Eek!)
