How to get sharp edges on a fondant cake
Just an interesting fact for today.. some cake makers flip the cakes to get those perfectly sharp edges. In the video above I was working on a fake tier so it was very easy to turn it upside down. But I promise I take much better care to flip your real cakes. ;) What are fake tiers for ? These are for wedding shows, window displays, photoshoots etc. They are also used in addition to real tiers on a occasion cakes to add height or drama to the cake where no more real cake is needed. . . www.hajnishomemadecakes.co.uk
