We are looking for two confident ladies to spend the day with us having fun trying bridal hairstyles, accessories and of course…. Wedding dresses! You will ideally be around 5ft 7/8 or taller due to the length of the samples and anywhere between a size 10 - 16 and you must be confident in front of the camera. Tag your mates, tag yourself, tag someone you think would be a fab model for us. We promise you’ll have lots of fun and get pampered for the day!

Yes, the bottom is cake too ( I've been asked this question before 😃 ). And the origami bit is made of edible wafer paper.

Can we have a different flavour for each tier of our wedding cake?

Certainly, you can. It’s great to give your guests options. However, it's worth considering how many servings each tier will give you. Just imagine having a 4" top tier which is 6 portions. Would it be a good idea to have only 6 slices of one flavour when you have let's say 150 guests ?

When it comes to wedding cakes most often they are associated with simple buttercream aka American style buttercream. However there's a few other types of buttercreams that cakemakers use for handmade wedding cakes. I'd just like to tell you about the benefits of one of them which is the light an airy Swiss meringue buttercream. It is probably the most standard buttercream for pastry professionals as it is incredibly smooth and easy to work with.
