KITCHEN DINER EXTENSION
Freshly repainted ceilings in ARMSTEAD CONTRACT PBW EMULSION
All walls prepped,sanded and topcoated in DULUX EASYCARE APPLE WHITE MATT EMULSION
Certain areas had settlement cracks and some ceiling plasterboard pin pops needed refilling sanding primed before recoating in the finished colour pallete (APPLE WHITE)
Pleased to say our customer has been left extremely happy 😃

Today we are in ORTON SOUTHGATE giving this newly built KITCHEN DINER EXTENSION a nice refresh using DULUX PAINT.

We are currently working on this 1 BEDROOM RETIREMENT APARTMENT in Fletton for a lovely ladies Father whom will be taking residence in a couple of weeks time.
Yesterday we fully redecorated the living-room from standard magnolia to a 2 tone colour pallete with a vibrant coloured feature-wall.
Ceilings were coated x2 in ARMSTEAD PBW EMULSION,walls x3 coated in DULUX POLISHED PEBBLE, feature-wall coated in DULUX TEAL TENSION, skirtingboards,door/frames primer undercoated prior to being coated in DULUX SLATE SATINWOOD.
Returning next week to continue onto another room etc.

HALL STAIRS & LANDINGS
Ceilings prepped,water stains from an old leak sealed back with NO NONSENSE STAIN BLOCK prior to being repainted in DULUX PBW EMULSION
All walls prepped, pinholes filled sanded
then repainted in 2 coats of DULUX CHIC SHADOW.

This week we have completed a FULL HALLWAY STAIRS LANDING REPAINT in HAMPTON VALE for another lovely lady and her family 👍 😃
Ceilings had previous water leak staining to several areas,we treated these by applying stain blocker to seal it back prior to 2 coats of ARMSTEAD PBW.
All walls had some picture pinholes so these were filled and sanded ,walls we're given 2 coats of DULUX EASYCARE MATT EMULSION.
12 Doorframes had knots which were prime treated using ZINZZER BIN KNOT & STAIN PRIMER BLOCKER then we're all prepped sanded prior to being repainted in DULUX SATINWOOD ONCE.All 12 doors were prepped sanded and repainted in DULUX SATINWOOD ONCE.Skirtingboards,stair balustrades/newell posts and stair window sill were sanded smooth before being repainted in DULUX SATINWOOD ONCE.
Front door/frame (Internal) sanded and refreshed in DULUX SATINWOOD ONCE.
We are returning in couple of weeks to redecorate the day room and kitchen aswell 👍

SINGLE BEDROOM REPAINT
Ceiling caulked from ceiling to wall edging, repainted in ARMSTEAD PBW EMULSION.
Walls prepped/sanded and DULUX REFRESH 'WILLOW TREE ' ONCE COAT EMULSION applied.
Skirtingboards, window cill, door/frame and cupboard trim repainted in DULUX SATINWOOD ONCE.
Radiator prepped-repainted in DULUX SATINWOOD.

CONSERVATORY/DAYROOM
Ceiling/walls were previously mist coated by owner prior to our attendance, but still needed another quick once over by us. We prepped/sanded several areas and made good before applying 2 coats of JOHNSTONES PBW EMULSION to ceiling and JOHNSTONES 'EGYPTIAN COTTON' 2 coats to all the walls.
Window cills were machine sanded prior to applying DULUX QUICK DRY SATINWOOD.
Skirtingboards and contemporary radiator to be fitted soon by another trader.
