I love setting you up with whole new routines that are often simpler & less steps than you’ve been using and seeing you again a month later, when you come back raving about how your skin is the best it’s ever been🥹

So many of you come to me asking for advice on yours or your partners back acne especially during the summer months.. so I have put together a small and simple plan to follow☺️

🧼 Cleanse 1-2 times a day depending on how oily/active you are. Massage your cleanser in for at least a minute to boost circulation and get rid of all traces of bacteria. Rinse with warm water & be sure to have washed your hair BEFORE you do this to avoid traces of greasy shampoos and conditioners on your back!

🧽Exfoliate 2-3 Times a Week using a chemical exfoliant with BHAs such as salicylic acid which will reduce inflammation, redness & unblock pores.

🧴Moisturize Daily using a non-comedogenic, lightweight moisturiser, with soothing ingredients such as niacinamide.

💧Use a Hypochlorus spray 1-2 times a day, this spray speeds up wound healing, repairs your skin barrier & soothes redness & inflammation.

👚Change your sheets, PJs & clothes regularly to reduce the risk of bacteria and oil buildup.

🥦 Follow a healthy balanced diet with plenty of foods to balance out your gut health and keep hydrated♥️
