Taking time out for yourself to simply stop can be so hard at any time of the year. And particularly so as it gets colder, darker and we don't want to stop for fear of lots of thoughts worrying us about bills and fears of how we ll manage...AND, the weird contradiction is if we do take a walk in a local park, step outside where there's some plants, trees ,water (that's not full of litter,) but just out there, it really does do something to our bodies and minds, it truly helps settle us , and if only for a few minutes we take the time to truly notice the plant, the tree, the water ...we slow down.... and it helps charge our burnt out inner batteries , just a little ea time! Go for it, try . You matter !
