Meet Paige our Quality Assurance Manager - what she doesn’t know about Colebrook isn’t worth knowing!
Paige has worked with us for 9 and a half years and started as a Support Worker so knows what it’s like at all levels in the organisation.
Quality, audits and improvements run in Paige’s blood! She wants the best for the clients, team and organisation and makes it her business to improve standards - every day! She is involved with YVFQ, training, induction, rota and lots of our documentation.
Paige is going on Maternity leave soon and we wish her all the best - I am taking over while Paige is off and look forward to getting stuck in working across both Outreach and Supported Accommodation - Kris (Project Manager/New Quality Assurance Manager)

Back along SBS made these lovely bracelets to
donate to her meditation group and also made 'bags of hope' and left them around the city in the hope people would stumble across them to bring a smile to their face if they were struggling - what a kind thing to do! ❤️

Yesterday HT and CW helped us with recruitment by interviewing 2 potential new support workers, what better way to recruit support workers than hearing from the people they will support, thanks guys it was great to have you on the interview panel 😊
