Big Thanks to all the players on the day for making it a very special day with some amazing pool being played.

Huge congratulations to all of our winners on the day. Frank Houghton won the Gold event playing some great pool and seems to be making legends Lounge a bit of a fortress for him as he has been so consistent with the Tournaments here and proving very tough to beat. Luke Jewell was a gallant runner up in the Gold event and starting to find some good form going forward for the rest of the year!

In the Silver event we saw the Debut of Damian Ellis and he was brilliant in winning the event and brushing aside everyone in his way so huge well done Damo! And runner up was a last minute replacement in Bradley Watters and at times played some awesome pool but unfortunately fell just short this time but he will be back knocking on the door again for sure.

We also did a 6 Red Shootout Tournament halfway Through the day and it really was a barrel of laughs with a great atmosphere. Jordan Graham managed to fluke his way to the title with a 23 second time of potting all 6 reds.

Massive thanks to the girls behind the bar (Sarah & Izzy) for looking after everyone and working tirelessly all day and providing the best customer care for everyone and making the day run so smoothly. Thanks to Kerry, Rob and Jordan for keeping things running smoothly too.

We are inundated with entries for every Tournament we run so we would like to thank everybody for all your support and can’t wait for the next Tournament which is less than 2 weeks away (LAST MAN STANDING)

We sadly had some very sad news earlier this week that Annmarie Mills has passed away.

The darts community and everyone that knew her are heartbroken, shocked and gutted.

For the people who didn’t know her…annmarie and her husband Steve has been one of the main reasons why the darts room has improved and got busier over the last year, they both have been amazing for us putting on these big darts events in the venue but Steve won’t mind me saying she was the glue in it all she ran the events so professionally and took it so seriously to run it the best she can and everyone always gave compliments. Me (Haydon), Vince, Steve and annmarie always had a laugh in our group chat and in person but we knew how lucky we were to have you at our venue and adopt you both into our family! It shows how amazing she was to only know her personally for a year but to have such a big impact on us!

This will hurt for a very long time as she was bubbly, funny, hard working, caring and just overall an amazing women that lit up the room which everyone loved which you can see from all the messages on Facebook, she loved her darts she played and watched pretty much everyday of her week, and I’m sure legends lounge and other venues close to her heart with carry her name.

Lastly our condolences and prayers are with Steve and her family and friends right now, PLEASE if you are suffering talk to someone there is nothing to be ashamed of we have lost someone special who we wish could see how much she meant to everyone, who had her whole life ahead of her still.

What a Super Sunday it was!!

Sadly the 3 man competition didn’t quite happen which was a shame as would’ve been a great day with a different format, however with support from the players we quickly made up a 32 player handicap comp and what a day it was!

The gold winner was Mark Jefferis (+1R) beating Aaron Gill-Griffiths (+3R) 6-3, after losing his first group game he got going with his natural potting and didn’t look back, I believe it maybe his first legends comp he’s entered so it’s not a bad return for him!

Now to the people who finish 3rd & 4th in their group goes into the silver which is never easy to win always stacked with great players but biggest surprise of the day was seeing Jez Graham (-1) there, in the end the ultimate winner came out and made sure he won what he had in front of him beating the new pool player on the block Ben Freeman (+2G) in a decider 6-5!
