Five years ago today we opened Tantuni in our little market stall in feeling proud of the journey and where we are now. Just wanted to say thank you to all our customers old and new. Some who have been visiting us since the first week we opened 5 years ago. We are so blessed to have such loyal customers. Your support means everything to our family.

Thank you for a great week so far & lovely feedback. We’ve had a few questions the most common ones-
- Are you dog friendly? Yes we are, well behaved dogs are welcome 😍 we have a water bowl and dog treats too
- Are you open Sundays? No we will be staying closed on Sundays for now ☺️
- Can we book tables? Not at the moment, it’s walk ins only until we find our feet then we may introduce table bookings.
-What time do you close? We are open until 5. We are considering doing late opening 1 evening a week but will update on this if we decide too 😀

It’s been a long journey but we’re finally there. It might be April fools day but this is no joke…we will finally be opening our doors tomorrow (2nd April) to Tantuni 2.0. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported and helped us throughout the renovations. We couldn’t have done this at all without you. We did it 😍
A few things to note regarding our new premises:
- Walk ins only. No table bookings currently, apologies.
- This week we will be having a slightly smaller menu then usual just while we find our feet ☺️
- Well behaved doggies are welcome 🐾

We are currently looking for a new member to join our small but growing team as we move to our exciting new premises.
The current role we are looking for is a part time kitchen assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can really help us continue to grow and flourish in our new premises and retain the great standards we have created over the last 4 years.
We are looking for someone who;
- Has Kitchen experience
- Has an understanding of allergens & food safety- Level 2
- Is clean & tidy
- Can work in a fast paced busy environment
- Has a willingness to learn with a view to progress
- Great customer service skills as this role will require a variety of job roles.
* Experience in a Mediterranean/ Middle East kitchen would be amazing but not a requirement
This role will include a variety of duties including, assisting with food preparation & cooking under the supervision of our chef, ensuring high standards of food safety & hygiene at all times, washing plates & pots, keeping work areas clean and tidy, supporting and working as a team to ensure we are serving food to be proud of. This role may also require some front of house duties depending on the business needs so great communication and a can do attitude is required too.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who would love to learn and gain new skills working with a chef with over 25 year’s experience in a brand new, exciting restaurant.
-Initially a part time role (15/20 hours) with the possibility of more hours
