For this project, we worked away from our Plymouth HQ. The Squadron 52, a beloved classic, had the bones of a magnificent yacht but required a significant overhaul to meet the high standards of our discerning client. The challenge was to maintain the vessel’s timeless appeal while integrating cutting-edge technology, superior materials and bespoke design elements.

We set out to craft an experience on Lake Windermere that matches the elegance of the finest luxury hotels, ensuring our clients can relish every moment on the water.

Our client has owned this yacht since 2006, so she is a yacht he knows, understands, and is comfortable with. They considered buying new but weighed up the economic and timing benefits of updating their loved boat and putting it into refit with us – making a sensible, more economical, more sustainable choice.

Now he has something unique, modern, looking and smelling like it’s just left the factory, for an absolute fraction of the price of new.

Kyle started his career in the marine industry as an Apprentice at Princess Yachts in 2006, progressing to become a key stakeholder within the Design and Development team at Princess.

Kyle has held roles as Senior Design/Development Manager and Production and Development Interface Manager.
