Plymouth Wellbeing Connections gives businesses, communities, and individuals who have a passion for health and wellbeing an opportunity to come together, share experiences, learn from each other, and celebrate the exceptional work across Plymouth Whether business or community-focused, our event wants to hear from you and provide you with the space to share your insights and experiences of health and wellbeing support and services🧘🌿.

During the day there will be a variety of stands for you to gain an insight into what Plymouth has to offer for services. We will also be arranging tours for you to check out our refurbished venue and facilities, Livewell will have wellbeing walks throughout the event as well as a free liver scan check, free posture assessments, and a free know your measurements check.
