So I made the potato, followed by many more as who knew? Everyone wanted a potato! Then a friend sent me a photo of a granny square chicken. So here's Hettie, my own version, named after one of our backyard hens. I still have too much yarn, it's like the yarn tardis in here. Help me out! What shall I do next?

First time I've ever been asked to make a potato. I think he came out pretty good! I threaded through him to make the little dents, he didn't want to be too perfect.

Really pleased to have finished this hexi jumper, especially as it started life as a ripple stitch 😂 Now I just need to tie the ends in.

Quick Cornish break and of course the hook came too!!

This weekend's project is a multi stranded shoulder bag in cotton and acrylic. I love playing with all the different colours resulting in something completely unique. Have a great Sunday everyone!

I really enjoyed making this to cheer up the kitchen! The beads are from a broken necklace and bracelet. I might actually start using this light now!

I made this flower, then couldn't quite decide what to do with her. She seemed far too beautiful to be an adornment. I think the deep box frame was made for her! Now she's perfect to brighten up any wall 🌺🌸

Starting the day with a jigsaw! It's another gorgeous day in Plymouth and the dogs are looking longingly out of the window. Can I ignore their pleading gazes long enough to join a row?

Finally sewn in the ends on the hexagon cardi! This was my covid project and I love the snugglyness of this beautiful wool blend. Now to start something new!

Bit bored of Covid now but it does mean I can crack on with this hexagonal granny cardi. I absolutely love the colours of the Hobbii Manaya wool. This one's a keeper!!

Not enjoying this covid malarkey although luckily it's not affected my crochet hand! Had two balls of Hayfield Spirit DK hanging around so going to try a 'make it up as I go along' jumper for the wonderful daughter. Will it work? Will I win at yarn chicken? Watch this space 😂
