City Security Plymouth providing free self defence and breakaway sessions for women and girls in the local community this evening. 💪🏻

City Care Southwest is proud to partner and support this fantastic opportunity to stop violence against women and girls. ✋

Any donations towards the sessions (at people’s discretion) are being donated to our chosen charity Trevi House, this also applies to anyone not wishing to attend but would like to support the campaign, the QR code is in the pictures below.

Our community rugby and multi-sports camps have flourished in recent times. With huge thanks to partnerships with Princess Yachts, Redeemer Church: Plymouth, Ocean City Roofing.

Since the Summer of 2023, we've extended our reach to over 450+ children in the PL1 and PL2 areas, as well as throughout the wider city of Plymouth, our initiative offers more than just sporting activities; it provides an accessible and affordable opportunity for those in our community. But, we aspire to provide even more!

Your support enables us to offer complimentary places, packed lunches, and branded t-shirts, all while instilling the values of health and activity through rugby and sport. The positive impact on our community is profound, fostering a culture of wellness and camaraderie among our youth.

A day to increase and develop our knowledge of children and adults who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), it also celebrates the unique talents and strengths of those with Autism.

We need to change how society thinks about Autism respecting the rights and humanity of all autistic people, embracing minds of all kinds and making everyone included in the world.

We have an exciting new partnership to tell you about! This Summer, we will be working in collaboration with City Care Southwest to bring you some after-school rugby sessions, to be held here at Plymouth Albion RFC!

Our Support Through Sport program offers:

😌 Therapeutic intervention/support provided by qualified and appropriate coaches and youth workers
🏉 Coaching the rugby ethos!
🏋️‍♀️ Access to the gym
📚 Education around health, nutrition and the benefits to physical exercise
❤️ Emotional wellbeing support
🏟 Opportunities to take part in Plymouth Albion match days
🌟 End of term sports camp opportunities

We will be starting our program in the Summer Term of 2024!
