Hey there!

We've been quite quiet recently. Here's an update with what's been going on...

As of the 11th August 2022, SweetRun officially ceased trading with immediate effect. With the added pressure from Electricity and Fuel prices, with the minimums we were charging for orders it was not viable to continue SweetRun any further. We did not want to put up our prices, as it's not fair with everything else that's going on in the world.

More recently, we had a bulk load of our old stock to sell off, which thanks to our lovely past customers, we were able to shift the whole lot in one weekend!

With that being said, we still had on order loads and loads of Advent Calendars, and Christmas stock which due to contracts we could not cancel. They land with us over the next coming weeks. So, as a result, we have decided to open a small website with all of the Christmas stock on, and other items we still have left - so that you can still get a bargain!

All items will continue to be delivered locally however, working with DHL we are also able to provide Next Day delivery across the UK.

We‘be had a lot of messages come through tonight regarding JustEat & Deliveroo orders, either being late or not showing up. We are investigating that with their customer services and trying to track drivers.

Our phone number closes at 9pm, which is the same time as when we do. Our team stays on site until the last order has been collected. However we are reachable by Facebook Messenger until 11pm.

We politely ask, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us directly via Facebook and not contacting the platforms and you will get a much quicker and more accurate response.

Once we’ve heard back from both platforms, we’ll reply back to this thread with an update about tonight’s situation.

Once again, we apologise for any issues caused.

1. We've moved our warehouse from Estover to Plympton. Soon will be offering collection, and order-in options!

2. We've hired a bigger delivery team, meaning no more delayed orders! We're trying to cut down the time from ordering to enjoying.
