Our skipper and crew are currently safely moored in the Scillies waiting for the bad weather to pass. After an early start on Monday morning and an overnight stop in Newlyn, they reached the Scillies on Tuesday evening. They are planning to start their return journey tomorrow if conditions allow. Next stop, Falmouth.

We will be running our next Scillies sailing experience in 2025.

If you want to sample some sailing before that date, we have a limited number of places available throughout September.

We have 1 cabin remaining for our mileage builder that is running from 21st - 22nd September 2024. This is the last mileage builder of our 2024 season, so book now to avoid missing out.

Day sails are a great option for people who want to give sailing a try, or perhaps just want a fun day out on the water. You don’t need any prior experience to come sailing with us, and you can get involved as much (or as little!) as you like. Even if you have sailed before, our day sail experiences give you an ideal opportunity to brush up on your skills and increase your confidence on the water.

Mileage Builders are designed to give you an immersive sailing and sea management experience. You will be required to function below decks preparing food and drink whilst we are on the move, as well as take longer spells at the helm and on deck. This is suitable for anyone looking to refresh their skills or looking to extend their RYA qualifications.

When training with us, not only will you be working to achieve your RYA qualification in Devon, you will have the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful locations in the west-country. Throughout our RYA sailing courses, Devon and Cornwall guarantee fabulous sailing ground with immediate access to stunning locations.

Join us at 18:00 on Friday 2nd August, set sail on Saturday, then return to Point Marina by 16:00 on Sunday 4th August.

Our next available Isles of Scilly Sailing Experience is from Monday 2nd September until Sunday 8th September 2024.

We have been lucky enough to have run two successful trips to the Scillies this year - will the weather work in our favour for our third?

This will be the last scheduled sail to the Scillies in 2024 - book now to join us.

(Due to the longer passages required, previous yacht sailing experience is recommended for this trip.)

The sun is out (finally!) The perfect time to book one of the 3 remaining places on our next available day sail on Sunday 21st July 2024.

There are currently 3 places remaining on our next available day sail experience.

Join us at 09:30 on Sunday 21st July 2024 at King Point Marina, Plymouth. Set sail in Plymouth Sound, drop the anchor for lunch in a sheltered bay in Devon or Cornwall, then return to the marina by 16:00.

This hands-on sailing experience is suitable for all abilities (aged 16 year and over) - beginners and improvers are all welcome.

Bewitched is now departing Fowey on her way home after a 7-day sailing experience to the Isles of Scilly. It sounds like a great time was had by all (including our skipper!)

2 places are remaining on our next available Scillies sailing experience in September. If you have some previous sailing experience and would like to try some longer, more challenging passages, this offers a great opportunity to build some mileage and refresh your skills under the watchful eye of our experienced skippers.

We found a great anchorage for lunch between St Agnes and Gugh yesterday during our Scillies sailing experience.

Did you know that there are five inhabited islands of the Isles of Scilly? Six if you count the tidal island of Gugh which is separated from St. Agnes at high tide.

It's our second visit to the Scillies so far this year. Our guests are currently leaving Hugh Town for a sail around the outside of the islands to New Grimsby Sound.
