Morning ladies,
As I am still chasing people for payments once the service is complete, I have decided that cash would be the easiest way forward. Everyone must pay the booking fee to secure appointments with me, *please confirm bank details with me as it’s easier for it to go straight into my business rather than an old account* the remainder of the balance must be paid cash before leaving the salon.
And I will also be strict with my policy, any cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of deposit. Any no show or cancelling on the day will result in the full fee being paid, until that has been paid no further appointments will be made.

I’ve always said I’ll do this but never stuck to it but with it becoming more frequent.. I only have one job, one income and this is that, so I have to take it as seriously as you would getting a wage from your job.
