A gorgeous party this morning at Lollipops Cafe, creating traditional bears with their own birth certificates, wishing hearts and of course, a bear birthday crown! The children (and their adults!) Today's crafters created some seriously spooky Halloween masterpieces!
Glow up pumpkins 🎃, black cat origami bookmarks 🐈‍⬛, lolly stick spiderwebs 🕸️, beaded witches broomsticks 🧙‍♀️ and my favourite- giant spider hats!!! 🕷️
We crafted, ate and giggled our way through the morning! 💗

🌟Not only are these workshops loads of fun, a place to make new friends and be creative, these activities give children the opportunity to develop fine motor skills, resilience and patience whilst building self esteem and critical thinking! 🌟

Today's craft party saw 30 children each create their own hand decorated, night light lantern, for a Firefly themed celebration. These little ones were reminded that 'nothing can dim the light that shines within!'

Needle felting is truly magical! It still amazes me how, with a single needle, wool can be transformed into scultures! By 'stabbing' the wool with a barbed needle, the fibres matt together and can be formed into 3D shapes. My lifesize stag head was created simply from one needle....and a whole lot of stabbing!!!

What a unique wedding gift! This little mouse was created to celebrate that most special of days- She is fully needle felted, holds her own little bridal bouquet, which sits in a real acorn cup and is affixed to a wooden base showing the wedding day date.
