Our Retrofit Team are partnering with VINCI Building UK .group to bring upgrades to Stonewater Housing Association properties.

We’re installing air source heat pumps to boost energy efficiency and keep homes warm, cosy, and eco-friendly.

Here’s what we’re working on:

• Fitting powerful Valliant ASHPs
• Upgrading with new unvented cylinders
• Removing outdated night storage heating
• Installing new pipework and radiators throughout

Working closely with VINCI, we’re ensuring great quality and resident engagement every step of the way. Delivering functional, modern heating and hot water systems that meet PAS requirements.

Last week some of our new starters were put through their paces at our passive fire protection training day! 🔥

Lee, Technical Manager, gave a presentation on the importance of passive fire protection, covering what looks good and bad, what information is required before we can seek a solution, Document B, the devastation caused through non-compliant compartmentation, and the Golden Thread!

Fire Safety Supervisor, Dom, then provided a hands on session of the correct installation of Hilti products on our fire safety wall, giving Katy, Joseph and Huseyin the opportunity to understand the products we use, and the correct way to install them. This gives them the key training they need to help them succeed in their new roles.

We are proud to have them as part of the team, and are excited to be a part of their personal and professional growth 🙌
