Well done to the fantastic girls in the South & South Wales team who rode in the Women’s League Cycle speedway competition at Exeter today.

They won the team event against the 3 other regions.

Another boiler change completed.

This time an old Glowworm which was beginning to have frequent breakdowns.

This one was made slightly more complicated as the kitchen unit was built around the old boiler. The kitchen pelmet, cornice and cupboard unit were carefully removed by me before I started the boiler.

A nice new Glowworm Energy boiler was fitted after thoroughly flushing the old system. A system filter was added and system filled with Sentinel X100 corrosion inhibitor to maintain the water quality in the system. A new circulation pump and 3-port valve was fitted to ensure seamless operation.

The boiler has nice 10 year manufacturer guarantee.

Finally the kitchen unit was altered to suit the new boiler and put back together as if I’d never been there.

Out with old and in with the new.

The old combi boiler was causing trouble for the tenant with hot water being so inconsistent which in turn was making the Landlords life painful.

Over the past couple of years this boiler has had various small faults which were rectified and after it’s most recent major fault it was determined that the boiler was beyond economical repair.

In with a new Glowworm combi boiler complete with 5 year warranty.

One happy tenant, one happy Landlord and one happy letting agent.

Loved doing this job, lots of room to make everything look lush. Only a few bits left and it’s ready to be the heart of the home.

Now time for an anniversary treat for Mrs Strong 🇬🇷🌞

The Juniors won their match against the North & Scotland in a fantastic meeting.

The Men’s team won a superb match against the North & Scotland at East Newport.
