In England, from 13th June, if you live by yourself or are a single parent with dependent children – in other words, if there is only one adult in your home – you can expand your support network so that it includes one other household of any size. This is called making a ‘support bubble’ and means you are able to meet indoors or out, be less than 2 metres apart and stay overnight as you could if they were members of your own household.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has changed its advice on face masks, saying that they should be worn in public to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
Dr Van Kerkhove said "We are advising governments to encourage that the general public wear a mask."
At the same time, the WHO stressed that face masks were just one of a range of tools that could be used to reduce the risk of transmission - and that they should not give people a false sense of protection.
Wear a mask, wash your hands and stay 2m apart!

Is your business COVID-19 Secure?
On 11th May 2020 the UK Government announced the immediate launch of COVID-19 Secure, a set of guidelines which all businesses must follow as soon as is practicable, to keep their staff, customers and visitors as safe as possible.
We understand that developing and implementing a safe and practical strategy is immensely challenging. We also recognise that some of the guidance feels at best non-specific and at worst totally ambiguous. Many of our customers are telling us that they just don't know where to start and that they don't feel confident that the steps they are planning or have taken will keep their staff, customers and business safe.
Immerse Medical, as experts in medical risk have joined forces with experts in IT, Reward I.T. and hospital grade cleaning, Carpetsure to bring you COVID-19 Secure Solutions.
Working in partnership with you we will undertake a full assessment of your workplace and processes, culminating in an in depth report of recommendations to make your business COVID-19 Secure. Each recommendation is fully supported by the option to purchase great value services and supplies.
Assessments start from £250 for businesses up to 50 employees and can be arranged by getting in touch with Immerse Medical on 01202 800211 or [email protected]
