Remembrance Day - Lest we forget.

AEC are now looking to expand our hard working and dedicated team here in Poole, Dorset and are looking for an Administrator.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person who would like to join our friendly office team.
The part-time job role will support AEC’s admin team, providing efficient and effective administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. The candidate will need to be a quick learner, with the ability to prioritise and work on their initiative as well as work well in our small office team.
- Part time hours – Monday-Wednesday 9am-4pm
- At least 1 year Office administration experience required.
Job role to include:
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist with the main email inbox and respond
- Forward queries received onto the relevant team member to be resolved
- Help to log information on the company database
- Assist with day-to-day admin tasks
- Promote a warm and welcoming environment for customers, clients and staff
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude both over the telephone and in person
- Support the management team
- Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

AEC are proud to have been part of the Stapehill Abbey Development over the last 7 years.

Stapehill Abbey is a prestigious, unique estate of forty-five, two-to-five-bedroom properties within grade 2 listed buildings. AEC recently completed a fully EN54-4 & EN54-25 compliant wireless fire alarm installation and full commissioning at a care home.

The building did not allow for major disruption, which a standard wired system would have incurred with cable installation.

So the Sygno-fi Wireless Fire Alarm was a perfect choice, for ease of install and minimal disturbance to the care homes routine.

With it’s ease of installation combined with all the features of an intelligent system. It is Perfect for retro-fit or historic sites.
