Nice 3am call out in Weymouth because no other company would answer their phone. Luckily we do otherwise a pregnant woman would have been locked out all night in this weather.

Well, I had a feeling it would happen, one lockout in Swanage attended so far today, had another call for a broken lock, customer happy to wait till tomorrow and just had another call someone locked out in Bournemouth but has decided to call around to try get it cheaper, on Christmas day!!
Still, I'm happy to not go to work, means I can sit down have my Christmas dinner in peace and have a few drinks.

Christmas eve does not stop us. 3 lock outs undertaken today where the customers came out of their homes without a key.

All customers happy and back in their homes in time for Santa to arrive.

I'm on call over the festive period but not working new year's eve or new year's day.

We are definitely going to be cheaper than the national rip off Locksmiths, so please call us first.

Remember though, if you go out, take your keys with you, if a door is locked and you can't open it, use another door if you can, as long as it's secured. Doing these will save you a premium rate over the festive period and then call us after to sort it.

Fire service struggled to get a uPVC door open and destroying the cylinder, did this. Luckily we carry a large amount of stock so was able to repair the mechanism where the national companies would have replaced. We saved the customer on average £100 plus doing this.

Please if you are looking for a locksmith and you call someone, if it sounds like a call centre, hang up. They will charge you a ridiculous price. Keeping it local, calling a real locksmith will save you £££'s.
