Gotta make sure I look after my own body whilst I manage all yours! And being in need of new shoes to work in, I opted for something a bit different - . 🤩😯👟
Very comfortable for lunging and squatting as I massage away day after day - initial impressions are very positive 🥸👟 All the better to beat - I mean treat people with! 😏💪

I'm currently undergoing a series of reviews taking a deep dive on 10 different compression socks as a blog and a vlog! 💻 🧦😲
As well as having a number of volunteers 👨👩👨👩 helping me out, I too am taking each pair for a thorough spin before I put the reviews together, taking a look at everything the socks offer, from the aesthetics to the science, the price/value to the ethics and manufacturing ✨🏭🏃

Sometimes though, it isn't so simple. Sometimes it can take a while to find what it is you actually want. And then there are barriers to getting out the door and achieving the goals.
The biggest win is getting out the door and doing something. If you don't know what that something should be, try a new sport and do something new! You're never too old to try new things! You never know, you might develop a life long love for a new activity! 😁💃⛹️‍♂️🏸🎾🏀⚽

All the tools I need to straighten out those muscles and purge the tension! 💪 Those towels may seem nice, but they won't save you from Cam's knuckles and forearms! 😅🤣

Love to treat the sinks to some quality hand soap for customers (and myself!) to use! 😍 I wash my hands a gazillion times a day getting all the lotions/soaps/waxes off, so I like to treat my hands! Some of these smell in-credible.

A fun new project, and the next evolution for the PowerKnapp Store (and, because, well, I just really want to! 🤷‍♂️), I am going to be reviewing a variety of the latest Sports Gear on the market! And I need your help! 👉
Whilst I'll be doing most of the research and breaking down some of the key selling points of each product as well as brand ethics and credibility, I would really love to have more than just my own opinion when it comes to actually trying the products out! 🤓🏃‍♂️🤸‍♀️
In order to keep some theme to the series of reviews initially, I'll be keeping to one product type, and this time, I'll be diving into the world of Knee Length Compression Socks, covering brands like SKINS, CEP and 2XU... and hopefully more! 🤩🧦

As a part of the quality of life upgrades for PowerKnapp, I've started using an ultrasonic fragrance diffuser 😮 Why? Well, it smells nice! And who doesn't like smell of sweet orange and ylang ylang whilst getting an elbow unreasonably deep into their hamstrings?? 😉
