Hello everybody. As you know I have been trolled non stop since Thursday at 6am by a very unpleasant woman called Ellie Bond. I have received 45 text messages, 13 phone calls and an email telling me to take down my page as I didnt have "her" permission to use "her" business name 😂 This is of course complete rubbish as I wasn't even aware of another Sew Woolly. So after much thought and finding Groups on Facebook specifically about Ellie Bond and how vile and aggressive she is towards many other Facebook users, I have decided to change my business name completely. I could have just slightly changed it by adding a word, but I do not want my business to be mistakenly associated with this woman in anyway. Hence the complete change.

As some of you may have noticed, we have a lady called Ellie Bond trolling our page.
She runs a business that is also called Sew Woolly that is based in Glasgow.
From 6am this morning we started to receive text messages to our personal phone, all in capital letters, asking why we have been using her business name, insisting she wants answers as to why we are using her name. This went on and on till about quarter to 8, at which time she phoned me and proceeded to scream at me down the phone. I told her if she calmed down I would be happy to have a conversation and was even willing to change my business name slightly if it was upsetting her so much. She then swore at me so I put the phone down. In the end after leaving the phone to ring off a lot of times, Kevin, my husband, answered, advised her that he would not speak to her all the time she was shouting and had to put the phone down multiple times. We told her we were not aware of her having the same business name and that legally she does not own this name therefore we aren’t doing anything wrong. She is now writing on our page that me and my husband threatened her and her family. For anyone that knows us, knows that this is false. It is a worry to me as comments like this can ruin a business. But I hope you all know us well enough to know that these claims are 100% false!
I have just tried to make contact with her again to try and diffuse the situation but again, she was hysterically screaming down the phone at me, to the point I put the phone down again.
At this point I do not know what to do, I have reported all her comments and screenshot them all as we are now thinking we might need to involve the police so this woman will leave me alone.
I haven’t done anything wrong apart from run my little business at the opposite end of the country to her.
I hope you will all see through her lies.
