To celebrate the start of BBQ season and longer days 🕺🏾🥳🌞...

I will be offering a collection service every Sunday, starting Sunday 31st March 🙌🏾

This won't just be the typcial Jam-Bowl menu, I will be offering 2 menu options or a mixed box each week.

🐣𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟯𝟭𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗨🐣

• Jerk marinated chicken thighs (3) cooked on the BBQ low and slow, served with rice n peas, Jerk gravy, slaw & chilli mango salsa £𝟭𝟮.𝟱𝟬

• 8 Hour wood smoked Jerk marinated pork belly, served with rice n peas, Jerk gravy, slaw & chilli mango salsa £𝟭𝟮.𝟱𝟬

• Add a side of dumplings (3) £𝟮.𝟱𝟬

• 𝗠𝗜𝗫𝗘𝗗 𝗕𝗢𝗫 includes all of the above (1 dumpling) £𝟭𝟳

This will be a pre order service (via DM or whatsapp) taking orders as of 𝗡𝗢𝗪. (Upon order confirmation a £5 deposit per meal will be required)

Good evening all,

We recieved some unfortunate news just before Christmas and now feel it's time to share. The Jam-Bowl (at its current location) will be no more as of Saturday 17th February.

After 5 years of trading throughout covid and other challenging times, the office block the van is located on no longer require a caterer on site. Therefore, we have no choice but to move onto another premises.

We have a new location in Lancaster, however, we are very much open to a Preston based permanent pitch. Please feel free to tag any venues/private land owners in Preston or surrounding areas!

We have some exciting plans ahead and want to reassure you, you haven't seen the last of The Jam-Bowl.

I plan to keep you all updated on our next movements and also want to take this time to thank every single one of you. The Jam-Bowl wouldn't be what it is today without your support. From starting as a kitchen porter with a dream of having my own catering business, to then rapidly moving up ranks in the restaurant business to having my own food truck. My dream is still incomplete and I am determined to reach the goals I have set.

This isn't goodbye, this is a see you soon.
