So I tried this recipe but swapped out the prawns for chook...cause prawns 🤮 🤣🤣🤣. Quick and easy, and so very tasty.

So delicious 🤤🤤🤤

This is on the menu today...with mash though

Spice rub made in a couple of seconds...took more time to measure ingredients than it did to whiz it up.
Added rub to ribs and marinating now.
Sauce made ready for when the ribs go in the oven.

I got the beef ribs at Coles last week. Super meaty and not that pricey.
Will add pics as I start to cook
