Tartarus Beers have teamed up with Bini Brew Co to produce the amazing Session IPA, Cabbit.

Juicy citrus flavours are complemented by ripe mandarin notes, brewed with oats for an evening thicker body.

New Gin on the Block!

Fairham Distillery in Penwortham have been working long and hard on a new limited edition gin.

Complementing their core range, they have produced a Zesty Pink Grapefruit infused gin, a Lancashire dry gin that packs a citrusy punch.
The fresh citrus flavours pair well with a selection of tonics, Mediterranean, rhubarb & Raspberry, as well as Indian/light.

A couple of weeks ago I went and spent a brew day with Ryan at Chain House Brewing Co.

It was great to spend the day playing in an area of the industry I dont know much about.

The good news is that the resulting beer is not only ready, but straight onto the bar!

Tartarus Beers Demeter is a fantastic West coast IPA, caramel flavours with a citrus bite coming through.

On cask Beartown Brewery Skinful, best bitter, sweet flavours from the malts work well with the spicy and earthy flavour from the hops.

Arbor Ales return to the keg pumps with the extremely popular This Time Next Year Rodney, a caramel and chocolate shortbread stout, think salted caramel and milk chocolate covered biscuits, yum!😲🤤

A cracking NEPA from this New brewery. Packed full of Citra, mosaic and Amarillo hops, the citrus hit is well balanced with a stone fruit sweetness, and orange peel.
