Dear all cricketers and followers,

We “Preston strikers Cricket Club”established our club in 2022 at Preston,Lancashire. We are disciplined and have a standard set of 80 registered players involved in cricket with lots of passion and experience. We look forward to take this sport seriously, increasing its interest all over the county and reach it to all communities. We support equality and diversity.
Unfortunately,the cricket Astro wickets which we were using to train was vandalised by a group of people(unknown). Moor Park,Preston is the place where we train. It was our hard work since 2 years,we reached in a prestigious league with lots of hurdles and struggles. Now we have no place to train and conduct tournaments for our players.
we have successfully conducted 6 tournaments in Preston,where we had 30+ teams participated so far from all over UK.
Now,We lack our own home ground facilities to improvise our club. We are looking to have a cricket club for our future generation/children’s,to actively engage in cricket. We have a plan to put a four wickets square(grass wickets) and an Astro turf.
we have a plan to participate in various leagues at different divisions.
We will be able to achieve the target by all your support.We encourage youth and kids to engage themselves to a sport to learn lots of things which will make a difference in their life.
It’s heartbreaking for us looking at the Moor Park wickets where Preston strikers started its run.
Our innings will continue.
Our boys are staying strong, just focusing on Preston strikers progress.

A mega thanks to Preston city council for continuous support always. Preston city council has a bigger role in the growth of Preston strikers cricket club.

In only their second year as a club, Preston Strikers cricket CLUB took part in the Manchester premier cup - and won!

New astro turf wickets at Moor Park where they train was funded through and has also funded some Preston based tournaments too

The UKSPF has helped this team develop into a competition winning outfit representing Preston across the country, so a huge congratulations goes to all the team and coaches🎉🏏🏆

What a great start for the season. Amazing and fabulous day for us to remember. Congratulations to all of us for our successful start of the 2nd season (2 years,since 2022🫂).

We are now ending our nets sessions..
We had wonderful 12 sessions since Jan 20th to April 7th..
It was amazing to see all players turning up with lots of interest in-spite of personal commitments…

A vote of thanks to the T35 league committee for giving Preston strikers cc an opportunity to start its first ever affiliated league in Lancashire after starting the club since 2022.
It means a lot for Preston strikers cc, as it taught lots of lessons,league experiences, opportunities to travel all over Lancashire, beautiful grounds, etc.
Thank you again for a well organised end of season league awards/dinner ceremony.
