First of all I would like to apologise to any customers who have messaged us and not received a message back to say we was away on holiday . This was supposed to be an automated message 🙄

We set up the castle queens properly back in may and my gosh from then until 12 days ago we haven’t had a break (we’re not complaining) we had taken time off to take our children on holiday to turkey . Our signal was none existent and our Wi-Fi was terrible . So we massively struggled to even keep in contact with family back home. And update or socials .

Now we are back and ready for the next few busy months we have coming up , please message if you would like to book or if you have already booked we look forward to seeing you on your selected date .

Today we decided to put a competition up for our customers .. we have been running for 3 weeks and you have kept up busy so would like to give something back. We have had nothing but positive feedback in the last 3 weeks . And hour in to the competition and we have had a bad review and a comment left that was uncalled for , we can assure you all that this person has never make any contact with us never spoke to any of us or tryed to book. It’s completely random. Please ignore this . It’s very disheartening to us when we don’t even know the person and it’s completely false, trying to slam a business for no reason is totally out of order and very frustrating for us!
