Dear customers,

Couple of things to let you know.

Firstly, my son Daniel is moving on to pastures new. He’s run our Bamber bridge shop since 2020 and has done a brilliant job there. I’m really proud and grateful for all his hard work and I wish him all the best for the future.

Secondly, after a lot of thought, from tomorrow I will be relocating the business to our Bamber bridge site. I hope that you’ll all continue to trust me with all your shoe repairs and follow me to the existing site in Bamber bridge….

It’s not too far from the Preston site 🙂 any outstanding shoe repairs that are booked in and any finished work that’s not yet been collected is all safe and when I call you I’ll make sure we can make arrangements where necessary 🙂

Over the next week I’ll be doing shorter hours in Bamber bridge to allow me some time to keep on top of the work schedule and enable me to transition stock and equipment.

Monday 3.6.24-Saturday 8.6.24 will be 9-2 every day.

From Monday 10th of June I will be closed for a week whilst the Bamber bridge site is given a re-fit. From then things should be back to normal.

It is an exciting time to join our Sport Partnership following the confirmation of a further 2 years of PE and School Sport premium funding.

We are a well established Sport Partnership serving over 50 primary schools within West Lancashire and beyond.

Applicants will hold or will be willing to gain:

Experience of working with children and young people
Hold a dance based qualification or QTS
DBS Clearance
Safeguarding certificate
Valid insurance

We are looking for people that are passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people through the power of PE, PA and SS.

Applicants will have access to an online portal with planning and assessment materials.

This post is freelance, term time only, although there is the opportunity to work additional hours at our Sport Camps.
