Over twenty years ago, Valerie Williams began selling tarts and cakes at Lancashire farmers’ markets. To supplement her range, Valerie created a selection of biscuits using traditional, local recipes. We're a family-run bakery in the heart of Lancashire, creating delicious handbaked biscuits and cakes. We typically supply farm shops, garden centres, gift shops, indoor markets, delicatessens, department stores and specialist food shops. We also travel all over the UK exhibiting and sampling our products at food fairs, food shows and Christmas markets.
