Stop killing your results with a lack of commitment to your current phase.

Jai is a client of a good friend of mine over at and was referred to me for his imbalances after helping out Ben with his own during his last bodybuilding season.
For me this transformation was purely postural and as you can see we had a huge misalignment in shoulder height as well as curvature of the spine. Jai couldnāt train without pain and was suffering with his posing and presenting his amazing physique.
With a combined online assessment and consultation we assessed this was a chronic condition and had been going on for 6+ months but had worsened to a point that he could no longer train without back pain or full mindful connection with certain shoulder based movements.
With a careful plan of attack for both daily movements and training day specific movements we were able to realign Jai over 4 weeks to what you see here. This was done alongside his training program from Ben at and was simply designed to achieve postural balance in the fastest time to allow him to train pain free.
We included resistance based exercises, specific stretch based work and myofascial release to achieve this amazing result in such a short period of time.

The process is as much a part of the result as the finished product, why do I say that?
Well as with anything, over time our ideals change. We hit our best physique yet and we already see faults in our physique that we want to improve on.
A little bigger in the shoulders, slightly bigger calves and arms, could I be leaner next year?
The process of bodybuilding and developing a champion physique is a never ending process of refinement.
We use the tools at our disposal to develop more muscle mass throughout the winter periods when its easier to consume more calories and then drop our intake and increase our output to then reveal it during the hotter months to check our progress or to get ready for a show or shoot.
Each and every year we refine, we improve upon and we manage our physique in phases. Donāt get sucked into the idea that once you get ripped you are done and thatās the result forever. Believe me youāll be looking for more or something when it comes to the end of summer.
Wanting to perfect shouldnāt be frowned upon either, it shows that you are dedicated to building a physique and lifestyle you are happy with. Others may think itās crazy, but your ideals only have to make sense to you.
The seasons are changing currently and for my clients I have a few coming to the end of the summer season of programming inside revive.
Goals are changing and the ideals and targets for physique refinementās have been set for the next phase of training and nutrition.

People simply make excuses for not doing what they know is necessary. Self validation of state is ruining your confidence, your body and your happiness.

Working through pain is a necessity in life in order to move forward.
The pain of regret, of sacrifice, and the pain of remaining the same are key when it comes to deciding to make the jump and invest in yourself.
For a lot of my clients the pain of remaining the same, the pain of regret and the pain of sacrifice (without results) wears them down to a point whereby they feel thereās no hope, until they reach out for support that is.
You may be able to relate to that. Youāve tried before and sacrificed hours in the gym, given up on all your favourite foods and still not seen the results you wished for. āWhat else should I be doing?!?ā
My goal is to navigate you through pain as efficiently as possible, to reduce the time spent sacrificing your happiness and ultimately deliver you to a position where you are happy, confident and educated on how to maintain your new found physique and mindset.
The road is never a straight line, we donāt learn from success and I expect some slips ups to learn from along the way but with a coach in your corner these are never failures they are tools to learn from which broadens your comfort zone.
You donāt know, what you donāt know! This saying is engrained in our culture at revive and asking for help is a sign of strength never weakness!
