🍰🍫 White Chocolate Raspberry Cake! 🍇

Ingredients:

Cake Layers:
6 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
10 tbsp unsalted butter, chopped
1 box white cake mix
1 (3-ounce) box instant white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sour cream
4 large egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Raspberry Filling:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
White Chocolate Buttercream:
4 oz white chocolate
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
5 1/2 to 6 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 to 6 tbsp milk or heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cake pans with parchment.
Bake the Cake: Melt white chocolate and butter. Combine with other cake ingredients and divide into pans. Bake and cool.
Make the Filling: Cook raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thick. Cool before spreading.
Buttercream: Melt white chocolate. Beat butter and gradually add sugar, milk, vanilla, salt, and melted chocolate.
Assemble: Layer cake with raspberry filling and buttercream. Frost and decorate as desired.

Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Espresso Cupcakes:
1 and 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Air Fryer Egg Ham and Cheese Toast Recipe:
4 slices bread
2 eggs
2 slices cheese
2 slices ham
sat and pepper
or any seasonings you like
Directions:
1. Make a hole on the bread by using a glass to cut out. Set aside.
2. On another piece of bread, top it with a slice of cheese, a slice of ham and then top it with the bread with a hole. ***Note: Ham tends to burnt faster so make sure it won't hang outside the bread so much.
3. Place each toasts carefully in the air fryer basket and then crack an egg in each bread hole.
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over each toasts or any seasoning you like.
5. Cook at 170 preheated air fryer for 7-9 minutes or to your desired doneness of the egg. Air Fryer does vary so adjust time or temp if needed.

I cooked my first lot of fries last night, I chopped the potatoes thinly and pretty equally with the skin on, I put them in a bowl of cold water for 5mins (covering the top of the potatoes) to remove the starch, I then drained them and poured boiling hot water on (again covering the top) for 10mins, I drained them and put them on some kitchen towels to dry off and cool for a few mins, put in a bowl and tossed with a little olive oil and some cayenne pepper, preheated the airfryer to 200deg, cooked them for 20mins and shook them a few times whilst cooking, they were so yummy
