My first GNR half marathon was in 2014 and I’m returning this year to try and raise money for an amazing charity that helps those with cancer who have served in our military.
Running because I’m so lucky that I can - for those that can’t.

The tragic news that we feared has come this morning.
With so much passion and a cheeky smile, he spent his life encouraging us all to make healthy choices. He wanted us all to live longer, better and more fulfilled lives.
A huge loss.
Thinking of his family and friends at this sad time.

We will be open Saturday 23rd until 12pm and then closed for the Christmas period.
