I had lots of time to enjoy baking this weekend!
Made this brilliant Baklava-Cheesecake from the very excellent new book out by ! Went down a storm this weekend will definitely be baking that again ! 💞😋😚
Also these little Kataifi rolls filled with ricotta, feta and mint (my dad told me they would be even better drizzled with syrup or honey! Thanks for the tip dad, next time 😆👍) and traditional Greek cookies too.

Thanks for a brilliant recipe which cuts out all the long winded faff of a traditional flaouna (and tastes far nicer I think as I’ve never been partial to the traditional recipe anyway)😘😘
