In the month of May, let's pause and reflect,
On the mental health we often neglect.
Within us lies a world complex and vast,
Both light and shadow, future and past.
Take a moment for yourself, dear friend,
In a bubble bath, let your worries bend.
A day off from the chaos and the grind,
A peaceful stroll to clear the mind.
In the quiet of the country’s embrace,
Find solace and peace in nature's grace.
For in the rush of life's relentless pace,
We all need a moment, a bit of space.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month,
A reminder to care, to confront.
Embrace your struggles, your joys, your fears,
Take that break, wipe away the tears.
So let us cherish our mental well-being,
In this month and beyond, let's heed the meaning.
For in self-care and reflection, we find strength,
To navigate life's journey, at any length.
