There is so much division in so many areas right now and the Wetiko of the media lives, breathes and spews it.

If you are compelled to not turn away and become addicted to the dualism narrative it can seriously destabilise your inner alignment.

Remember who you are beyond opinions, and remember what you came for. Step away from the storm of chaos and division if need be even for just a day.

We need to move beyond the fixation of dualism and the only way we can do that is through the compassionate heart.

Seek to unite in compassion rather than divide in hate
