When should I wear SPF?
The answer is everyday even when there is no sun. SPF should be applied in 2 stages a chemical SPF underneath your make up this absorbs into the skin which then absorbs the UV Rays that you may be exposed to. You should then apply SPF on top of your make up, (I would recommend a SPF mist). This then protects your skin from skin cancer, wrinkles and discolouration !!!
