💸 Record Rents: Outside London, average advertised rents hit a new record, standing 10% higher than last year. In London, rents have soared to a 12.1% increase from the previous year.

🔍 Supply and Demand Dynamics: Enquiries per property have tripled to 25 from eight in 2019, reflecting the ongoing supply-demand imbalance. Currently, 41% more tenants are looking to move than in 2019, while available supply has decreased by 35%.

🔄 Improvements in Balance: Despite the imbalance, the market is slowly improving from last year, with demand easing by 17%, and available supply increasing by 14% compared to 2022. The number of new rental properties entering the market has surged by 7%, marking the most significant yearly jump since November 2022.
