β¨One Hand handstandsβ¨ I did it!!!!! π My goal of accomplishing a one hand handstands by the end of this lockdown is achieved! BOOM π₯³ Last week I didnβt think it would be possible any time soon, then this morning after BodyBalance class I felt like practising for a bit and voila! Great PT session with the lovely Nicky who always brings in the tank full of energy to our usual 6am session! Yes we love it nice and early then sheβs off to start her day πͺπΌ Sheβs also making an outstanding fat loss progress, 2lbs more down this week our usual Monday weight check-in showed. This was the other position of my back & pelvis I also tried, more into the squat posture and my back into a 45 degree angle forward. Great contraction of the bicep too however shorter range of motion of the curl. I did 3 x 10 at 30kg in this position π The calories increase is definitely serving good, I feel stronger and although still keeping good muscle definition I look fuller π Itβs a WIN WIN π and enjoying loads of food! π
I was playing a little today with different angles of my back & pelvis for the bicep curls at the cable. I noticed that by tilting my pelvis back in a deeper squat and lengthening my back in a straight angle I got better contraction to the bicep, this posture allowed a full range of the curl. Great pump at the end of 4 x 10 at 30kg πͺπΌπͺπΌ
