💫I can safely announce i have qualified as a Nutrition Coach💫
This is my highest grade of all 5 assessments! I can’t even believe it myself ☺️ My heart is singing with JOY today…it almost skipped a beat when I saw the score!!.
This isn’t at all the end but the beginning of an AMAZING career.
2021 has given me many challenges but has also given me so many joys and this course has been one of the biggest.

✨Three legged Downdog✨
This pose may not seem it but is a freaking beast!
There are two ways to do it: i personally find the one on the left more challenging, by flexing the foot you feel the stretch deeper in the hamstring of the standing leg, the hip is closed in this one whilst the one on the right I have a more open hip and I feel the stretch more in my hip flexor.
The Three legged Downdog is a great pose to work on your upper body strength at the same time that works on your hamstrings and hip flexors flexibility & mobility.
The shoulders also get very engaged as you press them away from the ears, it’s important to maintain them even.
Today it felt fantastic in the hips and hamstrings ☺️👌🏼

The gym is GREAT but can be noisy and distractive when your trying to relax the mind as well as the body.
Stretches can be done almost everywhere right? but in my opinion the mind needs a quieter space where we feel comfortable, what better place than home?!?.

Chandni and I have started to work together on her diet and strength training. She’s not a big eater and having all three meals a day is being a big challenge for her. We came up today with a list of all the different vegetarian proteins she can start incorporating in her diet and how to have a more solid structure to her meals.
Slowly she will build up her appetite and start gaining healthy weight as I get her stronger! ☺️
Baby steps for now, we all have to start somewhere and any start is always 💯 better than no start at all!
