2 10ks done in the last 2 weeks. Last Saturday was the gutbuster and was probably the muddiest I’ve known it and then this week the woodcote 10k, the hilliest 10k around.

At Gutbuster I learned how important it was to have to correct footwear as I was slipping all over the place.
So I invested in these bad boys below. Mudtalon speed. Can’t wait to test these on some mud.

Then yesterday, I realised how unfit and overweight I am. Getting the slowest time in 6 attempts at woodcote😬😬😬
It’s all learning.
Oh and I didn’t mention I’m have the month off sugar and processed foods to support Carrie who is doing brilliantly at dry Jan. the sugar for me though is extremely hard as I seem to be an addict 🙃🙃
