recently tackled the Pretty Muddy challenge - a 5k obstacle course filled with lots of mud! The team raised an impressive £1,000 for Cancer Research UK. Well done to Luca, Louise, Gemma, Claire, and Keeley!

To celebrate Pride Month, Tower hosted a rainbow baking challenge last week!

Each department was tasked with baking a cake in a different colour, and our talented work experience student Joel assembled them into a huge Pride cake. A fantastic effort by everyone involved - Happy Pride! 🌈

We recently donated some of our IT equipment to The Turing Trust, a charity set up by Alan Turing’s family to enable IT-supported learning by reusing computers in classrooms in and around Africa.

With Tower's donation, 162 students will be able to learn vital IT skills and we have been able to offset 3 tonnes of CO2 emissions - which is the equivalent of planting 6 trees. The energy savings created are also enough to power a UK home for a year!

We are delighted to be able to support this great initiative and help the Trust to provide skills development while reducing waste and contributing to a more sustainable society.

It was an honour to host the Lord Lieutenant of The Berkshire Lieutenancy at our HQ in Theale this week, who presented Tower with our King's Award for Enterprise that we proudly won last year – adding to our previous Queen’s Award for International Trade in 2022.

We're delighted to be acknowledged for our commitment to innovation and the development of our advanced temperature-controlled containers.

It was great to be back at this year! It's been a busy week for , introducing our latest product, the KTEvolution 12 - our smallest, most portable solution yet.

Another highlight was teaming up with CRYOPDP to host a Masterclass, discussing the benefits of reusable packaging.

We are incredibly thankful for the support of our customers all over the world, and for the continued hard work of our amazing Team.

We've recently filmed some exciting videos for our internal training with Zest4.tv - as a significant step in our continuous efforts to achieve one standard of ‘Operational Excellence’ globally.

These videos are not just for our hubs and warehouse employees but will also be used as essential training for our global team, ensuring consistency in Tower's high service standards. As we develop more training material for our global network, these videos will play a key role in shaping a seamless customer experience worldwide.

Last Friday we held our Town Hall meeting from our APAC Centre of Excellence, and invited employees from all over the world to join virtually and share lunch together. Our hubs are a network, and we believe it's incredibly important for us to get together for events like this, as part of our team commitment to our Tower values - Innovation, Collaboration, Sustainability and Accountability.
