So it's been a while since I have posted. Due to changes in law, Landlords have needed to provide EICRs for there properties. So this meant we did lots of testing. On the back of that lots of repairs. So in previous months we have done many consumer unit upgrades, unoccupied rewires, Electric vehicle charging points. Due to covid gardens have been popular with saunas,hot tubs,outside lighting and outbuildings for home offices/gyms. On the commercial side we have some new farm supplies, pub supply, some commercial consumer units installation. Also 3 phase power for heaters in units.
