Completed this install this week, back boiler and cylinder out and Viessmann combination boiler gone in. First time using the 100-e control which uses load compensation to help further increase the efficiency and reduce gas bills. Also can be used with an app for easy scheduling and remote monitoring of the system.
Absolutely love these boilers and these now come with 12 years warranty as standard, for added peace of mind.

Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 🐰

Swapped out this Worcester heat only boiler for a Vaillant combination boiler. Tidied up a jumble of pipework to allow the customer to utilise this storage space better.
10-year warranty as standard with the Vaillant boiler protection kit. System flushed and cleaned and new radiators valves across the system to provide a clean and controllable system.

Vaillant ecoTEC Plus remastered 🐰

Leaking old Worcester was giving this customer nothing but problems, given a choice of a repair or replacement the customer opted to replace.
Fitted the ecoTEC Plus remastered and the Vaillant sensHOME control to give them 10-years peace of mind and an efficient modulating gas boiler too.
Had a bit of help on this one as Stan came and completed a few jobs with us recently to complete his portfolio. His confidence and hunger to learn is a breath of fresh air and he was brilliant when interacting with our customers. Stan completed the install with us monitoring him and advising him throughout and he did a decent job it it!

Simple radiator upgrade completed in Tilehurst.
Swapped to this large Stelrad Triple panel radiator as the kitchen area adjacent to this is always cold due to building structure so customer opted for the larger output radiator to compensate for a larger heat loss.
Tested and ready for next winter ❄️

Gledhill Unvented cylinder 💦 🚿

Upgraded this property from a conventional vented hot water system to a mains water fed hot water cylinder providing plenty of water storage and excellent pressure at all outlets.
Upgraded the shower to the latest offering from Mira Showers. We recommend Mira showers for the great quality products and efficient aftercare services, but the mod con upgrades on this shower are really smart.
Customer really happy 😃 with the improved pressure and was shocked by the amount of limescale present in the old cylinder, which I forgot to get a photo of.

Couple of waste stacks moved from internal to external. Not something we really get involved in but it was for a good long term friend/customer where we recently completed a heating system upgrade.
PipeSnug used on all outlets at walls to seal and prevent draughts.

Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 830 🐰

Recent job completed in Tilehurst. Customer had recently moved into a property which had a A rated Worcester boiler and wanted to swap out to a combi boiler and upgrade the system.

Fitted this Vaillant combination boiler in the loft using conexbanninger_uk press fittings. Paired with Vaillants sensoCOMFORT controls utilising weather compensation to help keep the boiler running at optimum temperatures.
New radiators throughout sized to run at 50 degree flow temp at -3c external temps meaning an efficient low temperature system.
Split the property into upstairs/downstairs to allow independent control to suit.

System fully thoroughflushed and cleaned 🧽 ✨

Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 🐰

Swapped out an old Potterton boiler for this new Vaillant UK boiler. System fully flushed, new thermostatic radiator valves throughout and an additional brick up sorted as the old stuff crumbled as we removed the boiler. Condense pipe insulated using Condensate Pro as no internal route possible to help protect in the colder weather.
10-year manufacturer warranty to give the customer peace of mind.

Vaillant Green IQ 🐰

Finally into the final stages of this major system overhaul. Fitted the Vaillant green IQ system boiler, running as a 4 pipe allowing super fast hot water recovery times, whilst maintaining high modulation rates.
With new underfloor heating laid throughout the downstairs, we fitted the Vaillant sensoCOMFORT controls to allow use of Weather compensation to make the boiler run as efficiently as possible depending on the outdoor temperature but also allowing different flow temperatures depending which circuit is on.
Used the Spirotech RV2 to aid system filling and venting. All clipped securely with Walraven UK clipping system. Fittings a mixture of Geberit and conexbanninger_uk.
Really happy with how this one came out and will be interested to see how efficiently this works over the winter period ❄️

4th year service on this Viessmann boiler we fitted and hasn’t skipped a beat. Customer opted for this boiler as it is which rated and one of a few which will work happily on artificially softened water.
Quick spruce up 🧽 inside and washed through with water 💦 and it’s as good as new.

Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 832 🐰

Another Vaillant ecoTEC combination boiler installed. The previous boiler had sprung a leak and the part was obsolete, so the customer opted for a replacement. Slight adjustment to the pipework to suit new the boiler, all completed using conexbanninger_uk B press fittings.

Paired the boiler with the Vaillant sensoHOME control, which uses eBUS technology to help this system run as efficiently as possible. And when installed with a boiler it comes under the same 10-year warranty.
System water lovely and clean ✨ and all validated using the Adey ProCheck water test kit.

Been a busy few months and we have surpassed the number of boilers installed last year already. Many thanks for the continued support!

Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 🐰

Fitted the Vaillant ecoFIT pure boiler in place of this early 90s Ideal Classic.
Fitted with the Vaillant magnetic system filter 🧲 to get a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
Tidied up the pipework and wiring which was a bit of a mess and bricked up the old flue which came out pretty well.
Fully flushed the heating system to make sure the water quality is up to standard.
System now winter ready and giving this customer some peace of mind.

Another Vaillant combination boiler installed this week in Tilehurst.
Once again used the dynamic duo to keep the system air and dirt free.
10 new radiators fitted to modernise this system and help reduce the customers bills. Paired with the Vaillant VRT380f control for easy time and temperature setting but also using eBUS technology to help the boiler work as efficiently as possible.

Viessmann 050 🇩🇪

Fun one from last week. Took out this BG 330+ boiler and cylinder and upgraded to this Viessmann 050 combination boiler running on weather compensation.
Spirotech Dynamic duo fitted to keep the system water running clean and air free.
Radiators upsized to run at lower temperature and boiler range rated down to 40% output to suit the property’s needs.
Customer wanted to use tado Smart Control with individual radiator thermostats which are app controlled. First time using this and found it very easy to setup.

Vaillant sensoCOMFORT 🐰

Bit of a different one for us. Fitted the Vaillant sensoCOMFORT controls to this system on a new site in Reading. Customer was having issues controlling heat across the different levels of his system and wasn’t having much luck with the existing Hive setup. He found us via the Vaillant website as we specialise in Vaillant controls.

Swapped to this new control which utilises Vaillant ebus technology, combined with weather compensation to increase the boiler efficiency and allow greater control across the system. By using the weather sensor it will control the flow temperature of the boiler to adjust the temperature within the radiators to suit the outdoor temp, fully adjustable within a few clicks of the panel.

Spirotech MB3 🧲

Swapped this old leaking plastic filter for a new Spirotech MB3 system filter. Spirotech are my go to for magnetic filters as they are fully brass, easily fitted due to the slip coupling design built in and easy to clean with the built in drain off at the bottom.
By simply fitting a magnetic filter, it can help reduce your heating bills by up to 7.4%.

Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 🐰

Swapped out an old back boiler and cylinder for this Vaillant ecoTEC plus combination boiler giving the customer high pressure instant hot water.
Fitted the Spirotech dynamic duo to keep the system running clean and air free.
All supported by a 10-year warranty to give the customer peace of mind.

Nice job for a Friday getting this toilet back into working order using the VIVA Sanitary components to make life easier. Great value products and all interchangeable from the top making future maintenance easy.

Glowworm Energy 🐛

More of a real world job completed recently in Aldershot. Swapped this problematic Worcester combination boiler over to a Glowworm Energy combination boiler.
10-year warranty for some peace of mind for the landlord.
Tidied up the pipework and re clipped some of the pipework in the cupboard. All back up and running for the tenant 😀

Couple of first year services carried out on these Viessmann 100w boilers 🇩🇪 .
As expected they are as good as new internally and customers have been really impressed with there energy bills.

Vaillant ecoTEC 624 🐰

Back at it again with another one of our project jobs.

Removed this old oil boiler and heating system which was well passed it. Fitted this new Vaillant 624 system boiler, Vaillant cylinder and associated pipework to bring this system up to modern standards.

Really happy with how this one came out, seems a shame to hide the copper pipes away but with a bit of planning, I think we’ve made it work well and kept it up to the current regulations. Used the Pipelagger pro for this which is my favourite tool for tidying up the pipe insulation.

Heating system designed for low temperature to future proof it, and work nicely with the Omnie underfloor system to be installed this coming week. By running the system at a lower temperature it will help to use less gas and reduce wear on the system.

Used the Walraven clipping system which is my go to for this type of work.
