Natural chlorophyll 🥬 💚

Chlorophyll is literally a pigment found in greens that makes them green. It is a very useful nutrient to the human body because it helps oxygenate the body, increase red blood cell count, naturally detox your blood, build your immune system and detox heavy metal and toxins from the body

I see a lot of chlorophyll supplements on the market like capsules, chlorophyll water etc but you’re not going to get a better source than going directly to the plant itself !

Meat eaters especially need greens with every meal to help digest the animal proteins

How to tell you need to eat more greens 🥬

* Bad skin, if you suffer from eczema, acne, psoriasis this is your body letting you know that your liver and colon need a cleanse as it’s packed with waste from acidic foods and indicates your digestion is poor. Greens help regulate digestion with fiber

* Smelly sweat - greens act as a natural deodorant as they help detox and remove toxins from the body. Cleanse and eat more greens and this will help with any odour issues

* Are you anaemic - if you are this means your body is lacking iron. Chlorophyll in greens helps carry oxygen around our blood cells. If you are not eating enough greens your red blood count will be lower than it should be, which causes that fatigue

* Bowl movements - if you’re only having one bowel movement compared to the 2-3 meals you eat a day this is a signal there is a problem. This drink took me no longer than 5-10 mins to make and is cheap

* 25g parsley
* 1 seeded cucumber
* 3 key limes
* 1.5 litre of water

Blend everything together for around a minute, strain and serve. Store in a airtight glass bottle

My morning essentials ✨

I do switch this up from time to time but this has been my routine for the last couple of weeks ✨✨

Butternut & coconut stew with coriander (seamoss infused)

Found this recipe in a newspaper but obviously switched it up and made it alkaline 👌🏾 Has to be one of my fav dishes I’ve made so far

Was abit like a ‘stoup’ when you can’t decide if it’s a soup or stew. Thick, comforting and alkaline 🤩

* sesame oil
* 2 tbsp seamoss
* 2 large onions
* 1 red pepper
* 2 x 25g coriander - stems finely chopped, keep leaves for presentation at the end
* 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
* 1 tbsp oregano
* 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
* Half scotch bonnet (optional) I do like hot food
* 1 tbsp onion powder
* 1 tbsp ginger powder
* 350ml vegetable stock
* 1 butternut squash peeled and cut into chunks
* 3 key lime, juice
* 400ml pure coconut milk - check ingredients should say 100% coconut milk
* Quinoa
• Avocado - optional but I have it with nearly everything

1 - put oil into a large saucepan to brown off your onions for about 5-10mins

2 - add your coriander stems/red pepper and spices and a splash of your stock to stop burning and cook for around 2 minutes

3 - add your squash and remaining stock for around 25 minutes

4 - add your coconut milk, key lime juice and salt and cook for another 20 minutes occasionally stirring to make sure nothing sticks

4 - when your squash is cooked and starting to breakdown but not completely collapse this is when you get your ‘stoup’ texture and ready to serve 😊

5 - plate up with your quinoa and add as many coriander leafs and wallah 🤩🤩

Craving Callaloo🤤 this alkaline meal was everything and could do with this right now. Can’t wait for Callaloo to be back in season I’m lucky enough to have someone that grows this in their allotment 🥰

Overall Callaloo greens are packed with so many nutrients and minerals that aids in the functioning of our body systems, such as the digestive tract, and keeps the body in good tip top shape.

THE POWER OF NETWORKING ✨

Last week at the women’s business event I attended, Sharleen and myself connected and this week she asked me along to her sound bath event and to give me the opportunity to not only relax but to speak to everyone about health and the alkaline way of living. It’s nice to see people are becoming more receptive of the Alkaline diet and really humbles me when I’m being provided these platforms to educate / debate / talk about real issues and real life. I know this is what I meant to do because I be buzzing all day 🐝 lol

after travelling for so long and trying to find parking in London 🤯 which was manic her session really did help me to relax and relieve a lot of stress and anxiety and I’m so thankful for the invite and experience. If you love a sound bath and would like to experience one, I really do recommend her so defiantly check her out everyone.

At the end of the session Sharleen kindly put on a spread of Alkaline food, which was so thoughtful and tasted so good and was such a nice touch to end the day feeling literally electric ⚡️

The people was a vibe, the location was beautiful and the alkaline food at the end really was like a cherry on top for me 😊

Fruit of the day. PAPAYA

I’m really learning to love this fruit. I’ve researched and realised the amazing benefits it comes with which is probably why I’m making a effort with it more and more

This tropical fruit is know for its healing powers ⚡️⚡️

Papaya promotes a healthy gut due to their natural enzymes and fibre. They help with digestion, and soothing upset stomachs

Not only that thanks to their rich nutrients like vitamin C and anti inflammatory properties, papaya also help with glowing up the skin and aid in wound healing

Make sure you eat the seeds, they contain fibre and healthy fatty acids. They assist with cleansing the body and supports the liver

Seamoss Butternut squash soup ✨🤤

This was everything 👌🏾

Butternut squash infused with seamoss and added Brazil nuts 🌰

Baked butternut squash for a hour and a half

Seasoned with:

Thyme
Oregano
Sea salt
Onion powder
Ginger powder

Once baked scooped into into blender added seamoss and Brazil nuts and a little bit more seasoning

Once blended put in saucepan to simmer for 5 minutes and served with sprinkle of chilli flakes

Avocado on the side of course

Powerful Papaya - PLEASE READ !

You have to admire how the most high designed the universe and the amazing benefits the fruits we have available to us have to our health

TIP: if you are looking for a cheap cleanse EAT the Papaya seeds. It has been proven papaya seeds can effectively kill intestinal parasites including hookworm, tapeworms and pinworms. ‼️‼️

Papayas also reduces gas and bloating, promotes healthy digestions and cures constipation

I would rather get rid of parasites the natural way and avoid medication.
