He has undergone critical spinal surgery and will be on the road to recovery, and continuous recovery once he is able to fly back home. The worst sub floor to date, with 3 different floor levels and a massive ridge.. plus the uplift of some one else’s previous failed attempt to latex.. but we got there in the end! A lot of repair work and a decent coat of ARDEX UK latex to finish 👌🏼

Amtico Signature, Shimmer Metal, laid in Chevron/Pleat - with Underfloor Heating 💫

Blood sweat and tears went into this one but the end results were 🔥 pictures really don’t do any justice!

Another beaut herringbone job completed last week 😍💫

Before, during and after pictures of the job..

Firstly, the sub floor was primed and prep’d with tile backer boards; that work as a solid insulated sub floor and to prevent heat loss from beneath. The electrical matting was then set out. The floor then had 2 coats of latex to give a perfectly smooth finish to allow the LVT herringbone to sit perfectly 👌🏼

This one was a real challenge as not one wall was square with another! After spending longer than we would have wanted, we managed to find the best possible central point to start laying. The customer requested laying the herringbone in a different direction to the typical; and the results were 🔥

💫 Sawcut Oak Natural & Soft Oak Greige LVT combined in herringbone, with a double border, to create a sensational looking living room 💫

It’s been a crazy-busy start to the year and I’m equally useless with social media, but there has been some magic taking place behind the scenes.

Balancing work load in line with government guidelines, whilst ensuring the health and safety of everyone has been our main priority. But I hope you’re all well 👍🏼

We revisited an existing customer last week, to extend the previously laid laminate into their garage conversion, along with putting some LVT in their downstairs toilet.

Polyflor Camaro Loc, with small sub floor latex prep to lose the gap between the existing concrete base and new sub floor, where the garage has been converted into a kitchen.

Here’s some Quick-Step Natural Oak effect laminate we recently completed for the whole bottom floor, except kitchen, of a home in Finchampstead; after the customer had an extension added to their property.

Floor latexing required: to level out the extended concrete base, to the existing.

We’ve been quietly busy recently and haven’t posted for a while.. so here’s a beautiful Rustic Oak Engineered floor just completed for a great family in Lower Earley - and thank you very much for the gift 🍾

Look at the grains!! Cappuccino Oak flooring laid in Tadley for a wonderful family! Post-lockdown delays made me lack any decent photos, bar this one.

Out with the old and in with the new! A nice oak effect vinyl through the kitchen and downstairs toilet.

Start - finish. Thoroughly enjoyed this project! All organised in-line with government guidelines - distance being kept between workers, and customers remaining upstairs during. Stud wall taken down and laminate laid - didn’t have a mop, so the finished look was a bit dusty. Shouts to Andrew Edge @ Edge To Edge plastering for getting the plaster on, and Matty and Jordan for coating the room 🎨👌👏 @ Lower Earley

We are working on multiple projects in the background and have had confirmation on 2 of those today - excited to get them under way in the next couple of weeks.

We are still abiding by government guidelines, and proactively carrying out safety measures for the welfare of our customers, and ourselves.
